As Co-Founder and CEO of Arlowe Baxter, I’ve built the business around a clear vision; combining creativity, commercial insight, and operational precision to deliver outstanding results for our clients. I lead the company’s strategy, marketing, and overall direction, ensuring every decision reflects the high standards that define our brand.
Before launching Arlowe Baxter, I spent six years with some of London’s top estate agencies as a Lettings Valuer and a Lettings Manager across the city’s most sought-after areas. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how value is created and sustained in real estate; insight that continues to shape how we manage assets and deliver results for our clients.
With a degree in Art & Design and a corporate background in portfolio management, I bring a creative yet strategic approach to leadership. At Arlowe Baxter, my focus is on driving growth while upholding the trust, transparency, and excellence that define our brand.
Matthew Richardson
As Co-Founder and COO of Arlowe Baxter, I drive the operational side of the business, translating strategy into action and ensuring that our systems, teams, and client delivery meet the highest standards. My mission is to turn vision into measurable results through structure, consistency, and attention to detail.
With a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Exeter and a background in sustainable infrastructure, I bring a data-driven and process-oriented approach to leadership. Before launching Arlowe Baxter, I worked within the sustainable energy and infrastructure sector for four years, developing the structured, outcome-focused mindset that defines much of how we operate today.
At Arlowe Baxter, I oversee the operations, performance and attention to detail that underpin our growth. My focus is on building robust systems, empowering teams, and maintaining the efficiency and reliability that allow our brand to scale with confidence ensuring every client experience meets the standards we’ve set from day one.
